Saturation is the end of void and completion of what we have, perhaps this term can never be used for modern day technology and proving this right, technocrats all over the world are engaged in making something better or innovating new ideas. Similar is the case of inventor Charles Krimstock in Laguna Niguel, California and his colleagues who have developed a speakerphone that can be clipped on a shirt or hung around the neck like a necklace. Even better you can tune it to your smart phones like the iPhone and use the phone just with CommBadge. Who would have imagined a phone as tiny as a quarter? But these technocrats have just surprised the world with their creation. The mini speakerphone is called the CommBadge.

CommBadge right now is beyond the prototype stage. After dozens of CAD redesigns and a dozen 3D printed prototypes the inventors finally nailed one design for their product. They are so excited about their CommBadge invention that they have said,

“We are ready for production! With your support, we can bring a real CommBadge to the world three centuries early”!

The CommBadge requires a lot of manufacturing processes like the final PCB design verification and then fabrication, as well as injection molding and stamping, all of which are very costly initially, which is why they are on Indiegogo.
The inventors of CommBadge are hopeful that by mid-December, they would finish this product & would begin production testing shortly thereafter. They plan on partnering with Dragon Innovation, who are experts in facilitating all aspects of product design, production, and fulfillment.
CommBadge can be worn in many ways. The engineering of CommBadge was engineered to replace the daily corporate ID badge reel with a badge reel plus micro-sized speakerphone that’s a wearable device. For launching with Indiegogo the inventors will be offering it in three configurations. The first package will include one low profile CommBadge Classic (without ID badge holder) that one can wear for his/her personal use. The second package will include one low profile CommBadge that one can wear and display his/her corporate ID badge in a thin and light configuration. The third package is the CommBadge with “+” adds a built-in retractable ID badge reel. You can wear it just like your current corporate ID badge reel; on your collar, shirt pocket, or hang it on a lanyard.

 Though, it seems that the CommBadge is inspired by the techno-badges that were worn in the movies like StarTrek etc. and this is also true to some extent but in reality CommBadge is even far better than the modern Bluetooth devices that are in use today.
