Concept Smart House of future

What will be the home of the future? A company named Think Big Factory is in the process of putting together the ultimate smart home, which we should definitely call our future living.
Openarch is a real prototype of a smart home. The first home designed from scratch to incorporate a digital layer connecting the house and its elements to the Internet. The project revolves around a new operating system called Domestic Operating System, and it will enable full control of the digital layers that projectors will project on the walls, floors and ceiling. The D. OS (as it is shortened) will have a mind-boggling number of features that will help you customize your home in just the way you want it. It is flexible and thanks to its ability to transform, it can adapt to any condition that the user requires.
With the digital layers, you will be able to watch news feeds, social networking services, play games and even change the wallpaper depending on what you are in the mood for. My guess is that with the help of perfectly placed projectors, you will be able to create a complete and seamless projection of images in a room enough to make it feel like you have complete control of its look and feel.
It’s hard to say whether or not our future living will be run by D. OS, but the potential and guiding features could of course be great inspiration for innovators in the world to come up with their own systems and speed up the process towards living in smart homes where everything is customizable and interactive.
